Whaleyco provides farm and ranch operations counsel, property management services for agricultural land, and marketing and communications counsel for agricultural organizations. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out separately in a signed agreement or statement of work between Whaleyco and the client, which takes precedence over this general description.
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information about their property, operation, or organization as needed for Whaleyco to perform its services, and to fulfill any payment obligations set out in the applicable engagement agreement.
Where Whaleyco manages a property on a client's behalf, rent payments from tenants are processed through Moov, a third-party payment processor, and routed directly to the property owner's bank account. Whaleyco does not take custody of tenant funds at any point in that process. A full explanation of how this works is available on the How Payments Work page.
