Website content provides general information. Specific management services, responsibilities, fees, and lease terms are controlled by the applicable signed agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The WhaleyCo name, visual identity, design, text, graphics, and original content are owned by WhaleyCo, LLC or used with permission. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission except as allowed by law.
4. Refund policy
Management fees are earned monthly and are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Lease deposits are handled per the terms of the signed lease agreement. If a management agreement is terminated before the end of the service period, fees are prorated for the uncompleted portion.
5. Payment disputes
If you believe a payment was processed in error, contact us at HughWhaley@whaleyco.biz or (425) 301-0101 within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If the error is confirmed, a refund will be issued via the same method used for the original payment.
We are responsible for all customer inquiries related to payments processed through our platform. Payment processing is provided by Moov Financial, Inc.; for issues specific to Moov's processing infrastructure, we will coordinate with Moov on your behalf.
6. Payment terms
Payment processing is governed by the Moov Platform Agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhaleyCo, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website. The site is provided on an “as available” basis.
