Whaleyco collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share through the contact form on this site. If you are a tenant or property owner in a managed property, we may also collect information necessary to coordinate leasing, maintenance, and reporting.
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, provide farm and ranch counsel, manage properties on behalf of owners, and communicate about an active engagement. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Whaleyco does not directly collect, store, or process bank account or card details for rent payments. Tenant rent payments are handled through Moov, a third-party payment processor, which routes funds directly to the relevant property owner's bank account. Whaleyco never takes custody of these funds and does not have access to the underlying payment credentials. See How Payments Work for more detail.
Information may be shared with service providers who help Whaleyco operate — such as Moov for payment processing — solely for the purpose of performing those services, and only to the extent necessary. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Payment-related security — including fraud monitoring and account verification for property owners — is handled by Moov as part of its merchant onboarding process.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Whaleyco holds about you by contacting us directly. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
